1. The Main Building.
The Rainforest Habitat has a flexible training centre and guest house in close proximity to its animal
holdings and admin office. It's available to visitors who are in Lae and just want to stay in a beautiful and secure
location, as well as specialist researchers keen to maximise the time they can spend working with our animals.
The main building has bedrooms, bathrooms, lounge and kitchen areas - enough to accomodate 13 people in a combination of
shared rooms. Meals are available, but the kitchen facilities allow visitors to cater for themselves if required. A large
work room means a wide range of business meetings, seminars, workshops, and general classroom activities can take place, and
special arrangements and equipment can be provided on request.
2. The Extension Building.
A second building extends the main centre with extra bedroom and living areas, and is perfect for families visiting together
or for groups wishing to make a base for project work. Flexibility is again the key, and we can arrange additional beds,
presentation or catering equipment, and most work-related requests as long as we have sufficient notice.
